My Story

With many life changes over the past several years, I took the time to take a deeper dive into my stained glass artwork. As I navigated the pandemic and the unexpected loss of a loved one, I have worked to better understand myself and align my time and energy with the things that truly bring me joy. It has been and continues to be both a terribly challenging and extraordinarily rewarding path. The current outcome includes a mix of sketching, stained glass, watercolors, yoga, walking, and connecting with nature. My hope with my stained glass work is for others like yourself to find your own connections within my creations. Thank you for your interest in the work I am doing!

The Studio

Much of my work happens in two very different spaces in my home. My craft room has become a sanctuary for all things creative — a calm space stocked with an abundance of tools where I read, write, draw, design, and imagine. It evolves as my ideas do.

Two floors down, our unfinished basement is where the making gets physical. It's where I cut, break, and grind glass; foil edges and solder pieces together; apply patina and finalize projects — and where I laugh, cry, and swear in equal measure.

Together, these two spaces are where everything you see in this collection begins and ends. Both give me refuge from the noise of the world and a chance to retreat fully into the work.

A window with blinds and string lights surrounding it. The window has a view of trees and the outside yard. There are plants, books, and craft supplies on the counter below the window, with a computer monitor, printer, and a wooden chair at the table. The room has green and beige walls, and the floor is carpeted.
A cluttered workshop or garage with tools hanging on a pegboard, a motorcycle helmet, and a window with a corrugated metal exterior outside.
